don't hold me to this yet, but it looks like Conquest For Death will be in Australia in October. Will the magic die if a northern hemispheric guestbooker meets a southern hemispheric guestbooker?

Damn it Brad, you go and spoil the giant dryspell of SOTM just when I get the idea of directing people to the mp3's of Craig dictating his book about his trip to Antarctica - Seriously, great book, go to the Merch section and buy ten and give them to people you don't like as Christmas gifts, no really, it's a great book, I have one and thanks to reading it I can see how the story of Behind Enemy Lines happened.
Anyway, click the homepage button and have mp3s of Craig reading his book - great photos too.
As an aside, the story that goes along with the new SOTM is pretty funny, but if Thurston Moore is 50 now, how old does that make Kim Gordon?
I looked it up, she's 54... oh well.

Craig and I have played misfits songs in that cemetery you speak of.
And while Danzig may not put out good albums anymore his "LOST TRACKS OF DANZIG" - all the old songs left off the old albums - is awesome.

Not many people know this, but his filled grave is not far from there.
Filled with peanut butter, jelly and bacon sandwiches... everybody knows he's the next Elvis... doesn't he go around and tell everybody that now? It's not like he's making good albums anymore.

"You're the best - The Best!" I have to admit, that main song from Karate Kid was a favorite selection from my mp3 player on my last road trip, just ask Mary. And the beard I grew for tonight's acoustic Evening With Jackson and Craig no longer allows me to play 16 year old boys. I can play WITH them, I just can't play them.

Celebrity Film News #47
In news not totally unrelated to this band, it appears Will Smith is to direct a remake of John Avildsens' 1984 coming of age classic The Karate Kid.
Keeping the tradition of the original's star Ralph Macchio taking on the role at 22, Craigums has signed up to play 16 year old Daniel LaRusso in the remake.
He will also be providing a reinterpretation of Peter Cetera's theme from Karate Kid Part II "Glory Of Love" for the film mostly because the songs from the first movie sucked.

In news related to both Love Songs and the Misfits (but having absolutely nothing to do with ponytails), rumors abound that Craig and Jackson will be performing the entire seven minute Misfits medley onstage for only the second time ever tomorrow at the 924 Gilman St. "Acoustic Night." Focus group studies predict audience reaction to be tepid, but that doesn't stop Jerry Only, does it?

Jackson was then relieved of his Misfits duties when they refused to accept Jack's pony tail as a backwards devillock.

Celebrity Spotter - Issue #2
An article in NME has stated that Jackson is the new guitarist for legendary horror-punk band The Misfits. The band are reuniting (somewhat) for a new tour when the band will then split up due to Jerry Only's usual overbearing nature.
